Omgeving:
Het pand is in 1970 gebouwd aan de pittoreske gracht van de Gasthuislaan. In 2006/2007 heeft het gebouw vanbuiten een nieuwe uitstraling gekregen dankzij de vervanging van de voorgevel. In de plint van het complex bevinden zich winkels van het winkelcentrum De Zuidpoort. In dit winkelcentrum is een grote diversiteit aan winkels direct om de hoek te vinden.
